Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased the skincare product directly from our website. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. The skincare product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. To request a refund please email us with your order details and we will guide you through the refund process. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless product was damaged or defective upon arrival. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or clearance items, may not be eligible for a refund. This will be stated on the product page.
